AAI Recruitment 2024
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is hiring consultants for its CSR Directorate at the Corporate Headquarters in New Delhi. This recruitment is for three positions: one Principal Consultant, one Senior Consultant, and one Consultant.
The engagement is for a one-year contract, starting from June 2024, and can be extended based on performance. The Principal Consultant will earn ₹1.25 lakhs per month, the Senior Consultant ₹1 lakh, and the Consultant ₹75,000. Eligibility Criteria

Principal Consultant
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in CSR-related work
- At least 4 years with a PSU/Central Government/State Government
- Specific Skills:
- Preparation of CSR Manual
- Identifying CSR thrust areas and projects/programs
- Execution modalities of CSR projects
- Monitoring CSR project processes
- Compliance with Section-135 of the Companies Act, 2014, and DPE guidelines, 2014
- Qualification: Graduate
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹1.25 lakhs
Senior Consultant
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in CSR-related work
- At least 3 years with a PSU/Central Government/State Government
- Specific Skills:
- Study and scrutiny of CSR proposals
- Processing proposals as per Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 and AAI CSR policy
- Ensuring CSR policies align with DPE guidelines
- Monitoring projects, regular follow-ups, and progress reviews
- Data collection for CSR projects across India
- Preparation of archives, video documentaries, and project reports
- Qualification: Graduate
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹1 lakh
Consultant
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in CSR-related work
- At least 2 years with a PSU/Central Government/State Government
- Specific Skills:
- Preparation of briefs for CSR proposals
- Creating presentations for various committees
- Drafting MoAs for approved CSR schemes
- Conducting need assessments and baseline surveys nationwide
- Reviewing and monitoring proposed and approved CSR projects
- Qualification: Graduate
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹75,000
Selection Process
