AP EAMCET Counselling 2024 Round 3 Seat Allotment and Document Verified results Details Here

To access the web options entry, candidates will need their AP EAMCET hall ticket number and date of birth. Additionally, candidates will have the opportunity to modify their web options for round 3 on August 23, 2024. 

The registration period for round 3 of AP EAMCET counselling was from August 19 to 21, 2024. Only candidates who have qualified for the AP EAPCET exam are eligible to participate in the counselling process for admission to AP EAMCET participating institutes.

AP EAMCET 2024 Counselling Process

Follow these steps to participate in the AP EAMCET 2024 counselling process:

Step 1: Registration and Payment of Processing Fee

  1. Visit the Website: Go to eapcet-sche.aptonline.and click on "EAPCET Admissions."
  2. Access Registration Form: Click on the link for the Registration form.
  3. Enter Details: Input your "EAPCET 2024 Hall Ticket No" and "Date of Birth."
  4. Complete Registration: The registration form with all required basic information will be displayed. Verify all details and proceed.

Step 2: Document Verification

For candidates who have paid the AP EAMCET 2024 counselling fee, the document verification process will be conducted by the authorities. This verification will be available both online and offline for convenience.

Candidates should note the following:

  • If their certificates have already been verified through web services from the respective boards or agencies based on the information provided during the AP EAPCET 2024 application, they are required to pay the AP EAMCET processing fee and complete the registration.
  • Candidates should then verify their personal, academic, and other details for accuracy. If the information is correct and complete, there is no need to upload additional certificates.

Documents Required for AP EAMCET Counselling 2024

Candidates must present the following documents during the AP EAMCET 2024 Counselling:

  • AP EAMCET Rank Card 2024
  • AP EAMCET 2024 Hall Ticket
  • Memorandum of Marks (Intermediate or equivalent)
  • Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or equivalent certificate)
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
  • Study Certificate (from Class VI to Intermediate)
  • EWS Certificate (valid for the year 2024-25) from MeeSeva for OC candidates claiming reservation under the EWS category
  • Residence Certificate for the 7 years preceding the qualifying examination (Intermediate or equivalent) for private candidates
  • Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for 10 years, excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh, from the Tahsildar for non-local candidates
  • Integrated Community Certificate (for BC/ST/SC candidates) issued by the competent authority
  • Income Certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after January 1, 2020, or a White Ration Card (with the candidate’s name and at least one parent’s name) for those claiming tuition fee reimbursement
  • Local Status Certificate (if applicable) – Candidates migrating to Andhra Pradesh from Telangana between June 2, 2014, and June 1, 2024, will be considered local candidates in Andhra Pradesh.
