Pay Band: 3 (₹15,600 - ₹39,100) with an Academic Grade Pay (AGP) of ₹5,400 (Pre-revised).

Qualification

Educational Qualification:
- 1st Class Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology OR
- If the candidate has a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering/Technology, 1st Class or equivalent is required at Bachelor's or Master's level.

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 35 years as on 12.07.2024.
Age Relaxation: As per Government of Arunachal Pradesh rules.

Selection Process

Viva-Voce/Interview (Total Marks: 100)
Recruitment Test:
- Conducted if the number of applicants exceeds the desired ratio.
- May be objective/subjective.
- Tentative date: 4th week of July 2024.
- Syllabus and scheme will be available on the APPSC website.

Required Documents

Signature: On white paper with black ink (40-50 kb in jpg format).
Photograph: Recent color passport size photo (40-100 kb in jpg format), white background, front-faced, no headgear or sunglasses.
Degree/Master Degree Certificates and Mark Sheets: Self-Attested photocopy.
Matriculation Certificate: Self-Attested photocopy for proof of age.
APST Certificate: Self-Attested photocopy.
Disability Certificate: For PwD candidates, issued by the certifying authority.

Application Fee

For APST Candidates: ₹150/-
For PwD Candidates: No fee (exempted).

Important Dates

Application Start Date: 1700 hours on 13.06.2024.
Application End Date: 1700 hours on 12.07.2024.

How to Apply

One Time Registration (OTR):
- Mandatory before filling the online application.
- Already registered candidates can log in using their existing user ID and password.
Online Application:
- Apply at APPSC website.
- Submit only one application. If multiple applications are submitted, the one with the highest Registration ID (RID) will be considered.
For Government Employees:
- Apply directly on the APPSC website.
- Upload a copy of intimation to respective Heads of Department or NOC issued by the department.
