In 2024, the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is hiring for Dental Specialist positions in the Health and Family Welfare Department of the Arunachal Pradesh government. The online application process begins on June 8, 2024, at 11:00 AM and ends on June 30, 2024, at 5:00 PM.

Salary
The salary details for the Dental Specialist positions are mentioned in the Pay Matrix Level 11, ranging from ₹67,700 to ₹2,08,700 per month, as admissible under the rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Medical qualification included in Part-I or Part-III of the Schedule to the Dentist Act, 1948.
- Post-graduate degree in the concerned specialty as mentioned in Schedule-VI or equivalent of Arunachal Pradesh Health Services Rules-2000.
- 3 years of experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining a post-graduate degree.
- 5 years of experience after obtaining a post-graduate diploma.
Age Limit
- Not exceeding 40 years as of 30.06.2024.
- Relaxable by 5 years for Government servants.
Application Fees
- For APST Candidates: ₹150
- For General Candidates: ₹200
- PwD Candidates: Exempted from application fee as per Section 19 of the Arunachal Pradesh Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018.
Required Documents
- Signature of the candidate on white paper with black ink pen (40-50 kb in jpg format)
- Latest/Recent color passport size photo (40-100 kb in jpg format)
- Self-Attested photocopy of Degree/Post Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma certificates and Mark Sheets
- Self-Attested photocopy of Matriculation Certificate for proof of age
- Self-attested photocopy of APST certificate and copy of PRC/Aadhar Card in case of General candidates
- Self-Attested photocopy of Medical Council Registration Certificate
- Experience certificate and other relevant documents
- Disability certificate issued by the certifying authority for PwD candidates
Selection Process
The selection process will involve a Viva-Voce/Interview as per the guidelines of the Arunachal Pradesh Health Services Rules, 2000, and its amendments from October 2003.
How to Apply?
One-Time Registration (OTR):
- Before filling out the online application form, candidates must register for OTR on the APPSC website.
- Existing users can log in with their current user ID and password.
Online Application:
- Visit the APPSC official website to apply online.
- Follow the detailed instructions for One-Time Registration (OTR) and the online application available on the website.
- Submit only one application. If multiple applications are submitted, the one with the highest Registration ID (RID) will be considered.
- Ensure that the application with the highest RID is complete in all respects.
Government Employees:
- Apply directly on the APPSC website.
- Upload a copy of the intimation submitted to their respective Heads of Department or a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the department.
Application Fee Payment:
- Pay the application fee online (₹150 for APST candidates and ₹200 for other candidates).
- PwD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
Submission Deadline:
- The online application submission link will be active from 11:00 AM on 08.06.2024.
- The last date for submission is before 5:00 PM on 30.06.2024.
