Selection Process

The selection process for the Rajya Sainik Board Recruitment Examination - 2024 involves several stages. Candidates need to apply online through the official website within the specified dates. The examination consists of two stages:

Stage 1: Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions

Subjects include General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, Test of English Language and Comprehension. For the Driver post, there is an additional Technical Paper.
Each subject carries marks, and candidates must secure a minimum of 33% or more marks in each subject.

Stage 2: Skill Test (applicable only for Lower Division Clerk)

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) - Post Code 3124:

Educational Qualifications: Must have passed Class X from a recognized Board/Institution.
Experience: Must be an Ex-serviceman.
Pay Level: Level 1 (Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹56,900).
Age Limit: Between 18 to 40 years. (3 years relaxation for Ex-servicemen after deduction of military service from actual age.)

Driver - Post Code 4124:

Educational Qualifications: Must have passed Class X from a recognized Board/Institution.
Experience: Must be an Ex-serviceman. Must possess a valid Driving License for Light Motor Vehicle/Heavy Motor Vehicle. Should have experience in driving Light Motor Vehicle/Heavy Motor Vehicle.
Pay Level: Level 4 (Salary range: ₹25,500 to ₹81,100).
