The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has announced vacancies for the position of Tourism Development Officer (Grade-II) under the Directorate of Tourism, Government of Assam.
Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website apsc.nic.in from March 8 to April 7, 2024, which is ended. The recruitment aims to fill 12 vacancies.

The application fee for the Tourism Development Officer (Grade-II) post varies based on the category of the candidate. General category candidates need to pay Rs 297.20, while SC/ST/OBC/MOBC category candidates need to pay Rs 197.20.
However, candidates belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category and Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) are charged only a processing fee of Rs 47.20. The processing fee is collected by CSC-SPV, a government-approved organization, as part of the online application process. Candidates seeking fee relaxation must provide a certificate issued by the competent authority.
