Bank will be hiring services of Watchman/Gardner for our BSVS Sawaimadhopur centers in the states of Rajasthan. The details of role & responsibility along with qualification and remuneration of the personnel proposed to be hired as Watchman / Gardner by Bank are as under:
Qualification Details
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed 7th Standard.
- Experience: Preferably have experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture.
- Eligibility: Only candidates meeting the minimum criteria outlined in the advertisement will be considered. RSETI aims to recruit the most suitable candidates with appropriate competencies, including attitudes and behavior.
- Contract Duration: The contract will be valid for 3 years, subject to annual review.
Salary Details
- Consolidated Salary: Rs. 6,000 per month, with a possible revision for the subsequent year by up to 10% based on satisfactory performance.
- Fixed Travel Allowance (FTA): Rs. 500 per month.
- Additional Benefits: EPF, ESI, and Gratuity as per applicable rules.
- Annual Medical Allowance: Rs. 2000/-
Selection Process
(a) Components of the Selection Process:
- Written Test: Evaluates general knowledge and computer skills.
- Personal Interview: Assesses communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability, and interactions with trainees. Evaluates developmental approach as well.
- Demonstration/Presentation: Measures teaching skills and communication capabilities.
(b) Criteria Development: The recruitment team will establish a set of criteria to guide the selection process.
