Bank of Baroda, a Government of India enterprise, invites offline applications from interested candidates for the position of Business Correspondent (BC) Coordinator on a contract basis in the Godhra Region, Gujarat.
Eligible candidates include ex-bankers from any PSU Bank up to the rank of Chief Manager, retired clerks, and graduates with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.). Preference will be given to those with qualifications such as M.Sc (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA. Candidates must also be proficient in reading and writing in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Pay Scale
The BC Coordinators will receive a monthly remuneration structured with both fixed and variable components:
The performance of BC Coordinators will be evaluated monthly based on various parameters, influencing the payment of the variable remuneration. The Committee on Financial Inclusion will determine these parameters based on ongoing business requirements.
Age Limit
For Retired Bank Employees: The maximum age for continuing as BC Coordinators is 65 years.
For Young Candidates: Applicants must be between 21 and 45 years old at the time of appointment, with the maximum age for continuing as BC Coordinators also set at 65 years.
Selection Procedure
The selection process will involve interviews conducted by a committee chaired by the Regional Head. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their eligibility, and those selected will be notified to attend the interview in due course.
