BANK OF INDIA, a prominent Public Sector Bank headquartered in Mumbai, is seeking applications for the position of Advisor/Consultant for IRAC & P Automation. This part-time role is available for a 12-month period. Interested candidates are advised to review the detailed notice before submitting their application.

Vacancy Details

  • Post Name: Advisor/ Consultant
  • No of Post: 01
  • Tenure: The appointment will be on a contract basis for an initial term of 12 months. Either party may terminate the contract with one month's notice or equivalent remuneration in lieu of notice.
  • Age: Age should not exceed 65 years as on 24/07/2024

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should have experience in the relevant functional area, specifically those who have retired as an Executive at the level of Deputy General Manager/ Assistant General Manager or higher from RBI, our Bank, other Nationalized Banks, Private Sector Banks, Foreign Banks, IT/Payment/NBFC/Fintech companies, or Government Departments.
  • This includes professionals of high standing from Government, industry, and academia with the necessary experience and skill set. Additionally, experience in the implementation of IRAC & P norms in Finacle or similar systems is required.

Salary Details

The said Advisor will be entitled to remuneration as decided by the Committee. Upon selection of advisor, the committee will negotiate and decide the remuneration

Selection Process

  • Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on personal interaction or interview. The final selection will depend on the marks obtained during this process, with selection made in order of merit.
  • Maximum Marks: The maximum score for the personal interaction/interview is 100 marks.
  • Shortlisting Criteria: The Bank reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on their academic record, work experience, and suitability as determined by the Bank. Only those shortlisted will be invited for the personal interaction/interview or other processes as decided.
  • Selection Process Changes: The Bank retains the right to modify, add to, or cancel the selection process and schedule at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced on the Bank’s website or via email.
  • Responsibility for Communication: The Bank is not responsible for any delays or failures in communication. Candidates are advised to regularly check their email and the Bank’s website for updates.
  • Final Selection: The final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the personal interaction/interview and will follow a merit ranking system.
  • Tie-Breaker: In the event of a tie between candidates with equal marks, the merit order will be determined by Date of Birth, with older candidates placed higher on the merit list.
