Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is hiring Field Operation Engineers (Interface Manager and Safety, Health, and Environment Manager) for project sites in Madhya Pradesh. The contract is for 3 years, with a monthly pay of Rs. 60,000 in the first year, increasing by Rs. 5,000 annually.

Candidates should be under 40 (general category) as of June 1, 2024, with relaxations for OBC, PwBD, and ex-servicemen. The walk-in selection, including a written test and interview, will be held date and venue to be announced on the BEL website bel-india.in

Salary

  • Monthly salary of Rs. 60,000/- during the first year of engagement

Age Limit

The age limit for applying to the Field Operation Engineer positions at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is 40 years for General Category candidates as of June 1, 2024. However, there is an age relaxation of 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates with at least 40% disability, in addition to the relaxation for OBC (NCL), SC, and ST candidates. Qualification

Qualification for Field Operation Engineer Positions at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL):

For Interface Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering) from an AICTE-approved college or recognized university.
  • Disciplines accepted: Electronics and Communication, Electronics, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation.
  • Minimum aggregate required: 55% and above for General Candidates; Pass Class for PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disabilities).

For Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering) and a full-time degree/diploma in Safety recognized by the State and Central Government.
  • Minimum aggregate required: 55% and above for General and OBC (NCL) Candidates; Pass Class for PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disabilities).

Additional Notes:

  • Candidates must ensure their degree specialization matches the discipline specified in the advertisement.
  • Applicants using CGPA or credit system must provide a conversion formula to percentage according to university norms.
