Vacancy Details

Post: Project Engineer-I

Number of Posts: 4 (Electronics / Computer Science)

The number of vacancies may be subject to increase or decrease based on actual requirements at the management's discretion. Reservations for Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) and concessions for reserved categories will follow Government guidelines.

Qualification

Education: 4-Year B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Telecommunication Engineering from an AICTE-approved college/institute or a recognized university.
Experience: 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in programming with C and C++ languages. Only relevant post-qualification experience will be considered.

Pay Scale

Project Engineers will be initially engaged for a period of three years, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of four years based on project requirements and individual performance. The consolidated monthly remuneration will be as follows:

1st Year: ₹40,000
2nd Year: ₹45,000
3rd Year: ₹50,000
4th Year: ₹55,000

Age Limit

Upper Age Limit (as of 01.10.2024): 32 years for General and EWS candidates.
OBC Candidates: Upper age limit relaxable by 3 years.
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Upper age limit relaxable by 10 years, in addition to the relaxation applicable to their respective category.

Application Fee

For Project Engineer-I: ₹472 (₹400 + 18% GST)
Exemption: Candidates belonging to PwBD, SC, and ST categories are exempt from paying the application fee.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected through a written test, followed by an interview for those who qualify the test.
Interviews will be conducted for candidates in a ratio of 1:5, based on their performance in the written test within their respective categories.
