Apply for the BOBCAPS Manager / Assistant Manager - Investment Banking (Equity Capital Markets / Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity)
The Responsibilities include,
- Work with sector leads across various industries and investment banking products to generate new ideas, create pitches, and execute transactions.
- Take full responsibility for preparing transaction materials such as teasers, information memorandums, and financial models.
- Help the team with business pitch documents.
- Be a core member of the deal execution team for equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity syndications.
- Assist team members in developing new business through calls and connecting with companies and funds.
- Create and update industry newsletters for different sectors.

Skills Required
Make sure you have the following skills to apply,
- Deep understanding of detailed financial models.
- Strong grasp of valuation methods, such as DCF, trading multiples, and comparable transaction analyses.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines while multitasking on projects.
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Experience in data mining and gathering information from sources like Bloomberg and VCCedge.
- Prior relevant experience handling investment banking transactions.
