Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Economist in a Commercial Bank/Financial Institution or other reputable Corporate/Rating Agencies/Organizations.
- Alternatively, experience as a Lecturer/Professor in Economics in a college/University will be considered.
- Combined experience as an Economist and in teaching is also acceptable.
Desirable:
- Excellent communication skills demonstrated through active participation in economic forums.
- Contribution to prominent publications will be advantageous.
Place of Posting
Canara Bank's Head Office is located in Bengaluru. However, the Bank retains the authority to assign the executive to any office or location as per the Bank's needs.
Salary Details
Compensation will be linked to the market and will not hinder the selection of a suitable candidate; it is negotiable. The engaged executive will be responsible for income tax, professional tax, and any other tax or statutory liabilities.
Selection Process
- The selection process will involve screening, shortlisting, and/or interview/interaction. Depending on the number and scope of applications received, the Bank reserves the right to determine the selection modalities.
