The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is inviting applications for recruitment in 2024. DMRC is a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. It's responsible for implementing the Mass Rapid Transit System in Delhi. With about 14,000 employees, DMRC operates metro services in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Patna, and more, carrying around 3 million passengers daily.
The current recruitment drive aims to fill Assistant Manager/Manager positions for track installation work on a Post Retirement Contractual Engagement basis for the Mumbai Line-06 project. Candidates with relevant experience in government organizations like Indian Railways/CPSUs/Metros are encouraged to apply. Salary
Candidates selected for these positions will receive the mentioned monthly consolidated fee as per the Post Retirement Contractual Engagement basis.
Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria for DMRC Recruitment 2024 are:
- Candidates applying for the positions should have experience in constructing or maintaining Railway/Metro Tracks.
- They must have worked in or retired from a government organization such as Indian Railways, CPSUs, or Metros.
- For the Manager/Track position, candidates should have held a Gazetted/Executive level position for at least 5 years in the CDA pay scale at Level 11 or in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-.
- For the Assistant Manager/Track position, candidates should have served for a minimum of 3 years in a Gazetted/Executive level role in the CDA pay scale at Pay Level-10/Level-09/Level-08 or in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 50,000 –1,60,000/-.
- Current employees in Railways/CPSUs/Metros can also apply but need to opt for retirement before joining DMRC.
Age
Applicants for DMRC Recruitment 2024 must ensure they meet the age criteria specified. The maximum age limit as of June 1, 2024, is not more than 62 years. Candidates should be mindful of this age limit when applying for the Assistant Manager/Manager positions.

- NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the current Employer
- Vigilance and Disciplinary Clearance from the current Employer/Last employer
- APARs (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports) of the Last 5 years
- Copy of PPO (Pension Payment Order) if applicable
