Required Documents
For the ESIC DV Schedule 2024, candidates need to bring the following documents:
- Original and self-attested copy of their Matriculation or equivalent certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
- Certificates or mark sheets supporting their essential educational qualifications for the UDC post.
- Category certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format (if applicable), such as SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/Ex-Servicemen.
- Two passport-size photographs match the one uploaded in the online application form.
- A currently valid photo identity proof in original along with a photocopy, which can be a PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter’s Card, etc. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
