PART-I (60 MARKS)

1. Human Anatomy, Embryology, Histology & Medical Genetics: Covers anatomical terms, cardiovascular system, lymphatic system, nervous system, embryology, histology, and medical genetics.
2. General Human Physiology: Includes topics like blood, muscle and nerve physiology, digestive system, endocrinology, reproduction, cardiovascular system, respiration system, and special senses.
3. Biochemistry, Nutrition & Dietetics: Focuses on bio-organic molecules, macronutrients, micronutrients, energy metabolism, biochemical genetics, enzymes, medical biochemistry, etc.
4. Dental Anatomy, Embryology, and Oral Histology: Covers tooth morphology, oral embryology, eruption of teeth, oral histology, and oral physiology.
5. General Pathology: Includes pathology terminologies, etiology and pathogenesis of diseases, inflammation, healing, systemic pathology, etc.
6. General Microbiology: Covers systematic bacteriology, virology, mycology, and parasitology.
7. General and Dental Pharmacology and Therapeutics: Topics include general pharmacology principles, drugs affecting various systems, dental pharmacology, and pharmacotherapy in dentistry.
8. Dental Materials: Covers the structure of matter, dental materials, impression materials, dental cement, dental ceramics, abrasion, and polishing agents.
9. Oral Pathology and Oral Microbiology: Includes dental caries, periodontal diseases, oral mucosal lesions, oral precancer, forensic odontology, etc.
10. General Medicine: Covers various diseases and conditions related to infections, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, hematology, renal, nutrition, CNS, endocrine, critical care, etc.
11. General Surgery: Includes principles of surgery, wounds, inflammation, infections, tumors, fractures, operative surgery, anomalies of face development, etc.
12. Public Health Dentistry: Focuses on dental public health, epidemiology of dental diseases, preventive dentistry, research methodology, dental statistics, etc.

PART-II (60 MARKS)

1. Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics: Covers cavity preparation, dental caries, amalgam restoration, pulp protection, endodontic procedures, dental materials, etc.
2. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery: Includes exodontia, pre-prosthetic surgery, TMJ disorders, infections, tumors, fractures, oral implantology, local and general anesthesia, etc.
3. Oral Medicine and Radiology: Covers diagnostic methods, oral diseases, mucosal lesions, systemic disorders, oral radiology principles, interpretation of radiographs, radiotherapy, etc.
4. Orthodontics and Dental Orthopaedics: Focuses on malocclusion, growth and development, orthodontic appliances, preventive and interceptive orthodontics, myofunctional appliances, etc.
5. Pediatric & Preventive Dentistry: Includes child psychology, behavioral management, dental caries in children, preventive dentistry, dental emergencies in children, etc.
6. Periodontology: Covers periodontal tissues, classification of periodontal diseases, periodontal therapy, osseous surgery, mucogingival surgery, implants, etc.
7. Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge: Includes complete dentures, removable partial dentures, fixed partial dentures, dental implants, mouth preparation, impression techniques, etc.
