Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Not more than 65 years as of June 01, 2024
- Experience: Minimum seven years in Banking, regulation, supervision, payment and settlement systems, or consumer protection.
- Qualification: Retired or serving officer, rank equivalent to General Manager of another bank/Financial Sector Regulatory Body/NBSP/NBFC/CIC. Should not have prior employment with IDBI Bank or related parties.
Terms of Engagement
- Period: Contract basis for three years, subject to half-yearly review.
- Remuneration: ₹1.25 lakh per month (subject to taxes), plus allowances for conveyance and communication.
- Leave: 20 days per year, with no encashment/carry forward of unused leaves.
- Termination: One month notice from either party or pay in lieu thereof. No superannuation benefits.
Selection Process
- Preliminary Screening: Based on eligibility, qualifications, and experience.
- Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will undergo PI.
- Final Selection: Based on PI performance, medical fitness, and eligibility criteria.
