IDBI Bank is conducting recruitment for various positions including Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager, totaling 31 vacancies. Educational Qualification and Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance)
- Minimum 10 years of BFSI experience, with at least 7 years in relevant roles.
- Alternatively, minimum 7 years of BFSI experience, with 4 years in relevant roles.
- Or minimum 4 years of BFSI experience, with 2 years in relevant roles.
- B.Tech/ BE/ BCA/ B.Sc. (IT)
- Specializations: IT, Electronics & Communications, Software Engineering, Electronics & Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Digital Banking.
- Additional qualifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), M.Sc. (IT/ Computer Science), MCA, M.Tech, M.E.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- MBA (Finance/ Marketing/ IT/ Digital Banking)
- Combined with B.Tech/ BE in IT/ Electronics/ Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in Digital Banking & Emerging Payments within BFSI/ Fin-Tech/ IT Services/ PSUs/ Government sectors preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline
- Graduate in B.Sc. Mathematics/ Statistics/ B.Tech
- Preference for candidates with Masters/ Post Graduate in M.Sc. Mathematics/ Statistics.
Pay Scale
- Deputy General Manager, Grade ‘D’: Rs. 102300-2980(4)-114220-3360(2)-120940 (7 years) Gross emolument for metro cities will be Rs. 190000/- per month (approx.)
- Assistant General Manager, Grade ‘C’: Rs. 85920-2680(5)-99320-2980(2)-105280 (8 years) Gross emolument for metro cities will be Rs.157000/- per month (approx.)
- Manager – Grade ‘B’: Rs. 64820-2340(1)-67160-2680 (10)-93960 (12 years) Gross emolument for metro cities will be Rs. 119000/- per month (approx.)
Place of Posting
- Upon initial appointment, all candidates will undergo a probationary period of 1 year from the Date of Joining, which may be extended as per the Bank's discretion.
- Candidates may be assigned to various offices, branches, departments, or business units of the Bank or its associate institutions, as determined by the Bank.
- Additionally, candidates may be transferred to locations within or outside India, based on the Bank's regulations.
- Candidates joining the Bank will be subject to the prevailing Service, Conduct Rules & Policies of the Bank, which may be revised periodically.
Selection Procedure
- Preliminary Screening: Candidates' eligibility criteria such as age, educational qualifications, and work experience as declared in the application form will be initially screened.
- Provisional Candidature: Candidates' candidature will be provisional until verification of original documents.
- Bank's Rights: The Bank reserves the right to change (cancel/ modify/ add) selection criteria, methods, and provisional selection. The decision will consider the number of vacancies and the Bank's requirements.
- Shortlisting: Based on qualifications, experience, and overall suitability, a limited number of candidates will be shortlisted for the selection process.
- Selection Process: Candidates shortlisted will undergo Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview (PI). Merely meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection process participation.
- Notification: Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the selection process details (venue, time, date) through the Bank's website and/or registered email/SMS.
- Change Requests: Requests for changes in selection process details (center/date/time) will not be entertained. The Bank reserves the right to change/add/cancel dates, times, and venues as deemed necessary, with notifications provided on the Bank's website.
Application Fee
- Non-Withdrawal of Application and Fee: Once an application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, and the fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. The fee cannot be reserved for future selection processes.
- Candidate Responsibility: Candidates must ensure their eligibility before making payment and submitting their application online.
- Fee Structure:
- SC/ST candidates: Rs.200/- (Intimation charges only) including GST.
- General, EWS & OBC candidates: Rs.1000/- (Application fee + Intimation charges) including GST.
- Transaction charges for online payment of application fees/intimation charges are to be borne by the candidate.
- Online Application: Once an online application is registered, it cannot be withdrawn, and the application fee/intimation charges paid will not be refunded.
How to Apply
- Candidates are required to apply Online through website (Careers). No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
- Candidates are required to have a valid personal Email ID and Mobile number.
- It should be kept active till completion of this recruitment process. Bank may notify through the registered Email ID. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/ she should create his/ her new email ID before applying Online
- The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his/ her details on the call letter, in the Attendance List and requisite documents submitted.
- If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the selection process. Ration Card will not be accepted as valid id proof
