Qualification Criteria

Here are the Qualification Criteria for the two posts:

Chief Program Executive (Post Graduate Insolvency Program):

Essential Qualification:

• Master’s degree in any subject.

Desirable Qualification:

• M.Phil/PhD/UGC Net Exam.

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in academic or practice settings at a think tank, academic institution, consultancy, or advisory body.
• Prior experience in curriculum design and program management is desirable.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office.

Senior Research Associate (Centre for Institutional Partnership & Corporate Communications):

Educational Qualification:

• University Degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent.

Experience: 

• Minimum 3 years in communication, journalism, print media, research documentation, and report writing.

Technical Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Familiarity with local media and established networks with local journalists.
• Proficiency in computer and internet information software, desktop publishing software, and other relevant software.

Salary Details

The Chief Program Executive role provides a monthly consolidated fee of Rs. 80,000. This position involves overseeing various responsibilities related to program management, curriculum design, obtaining approvals, budget preparation, and administrative coordination.

On the other hand, the Senior Research Associate position offers a monthly consolidated fee of Rs. 50,000. As a Senior Research Associate, one would primarily focus on tasks related to communication strategy development, content creation, media relations, and capacity building. Both positions offer competitive remuneration for individuals with the requisite qualifications and experience.

Selection Process

Written Test and/or Interview:

• The appointment will be made based on the recommendations of a Selection Committee, which may include a written test and/or interview.
• Candidates will be assessed on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position applied for.

No TA/DA Provided:

• Candidates are responsible for their own travel expenses, as no TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
