Indian Bank is conducting recruitment for various positions including Deputy Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Associate Manager-Senior Officer. Candidates with qualifications such as CA, MBA in Finance, Engineering degrees in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields are eligible to apply. Educational Qualification
- CA or 2 years MBA (or equivalent PG Degree/Diploma) in Finance.
- CA/ICWA or 2 years MBA (or equivalent PG Degree/Diploma) in Finance.
- 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Instrumentation.
- Post Graduate Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications.
- Graduate with DOEACC ‘B’ level certification.
- Graduate in any discipline; professional qualifications like CAIIB or Certification in Credit from reputed institutions desirable.
- 2 years MBA (or equivalent PG Degree/Diploma) in Marketing/Finance or CA/CWA/ICWA; additional qualifications like CAIIB or Certification in Credit desirable.
- Graduate in any discipline; additional qualifications like JAIIB/CAIIB/Certification in Credit from reputed institutions desirable.
- 2 years MBA (or equivalent PG Degree/Diploma) in Marketing/Finance or CA/CWA/ICWA.
- Engineering graduate or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Environmental Science, Geography, and/or MBA (or equivalent PG Degree/Diploma).
- Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Banking, or Finance.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (or equivalent PG Degree/Diploma).
- Engineering graduate, Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA (or equivalent PG Degree/Diploma).
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, MCA, M.Sc. in Statistics, or MS in Data Science.
Selection Procedure
- The selection process may include:
- Shortlisting of applications followed by an interview, or
- Written/Online Test followed by an interview.
- Incorrect answers will incur a penalty of 1/4th of the marks allotted to the respective question; no penalty for unanswered questions.
- Candidates called for interview will be 3 times the number of vacancies for unreserved categories and 5 times for reserved categories, based on performance in the test.
- The bank may adjust the number of candidates based on interview stage needs.
- Cut-offs on total marks will determine shortlisted candidates based on vacancies.
- Interviews are scored out of 100 marks.
- Minimum qualifying marks are 40% for unreserved/EWS and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD categories in the Test and/or Interview.
- If enough qualifying candidates are not available, the bank may lower the qualifying marks at its discretion.
- Candidates must individually qualify both the Test and Interview to be considered for the merit list.

- Candidates can apply from 29/06/2024 to 14/07/2024. No other mode of application will be accepted.
- Scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given to this advertisement.

- To register applications choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” enter Name, contact details and e-mail-ID.
- A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- An e-mail & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
- Click on ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed for online payment.
