Name of the Course: General Nursing & Midwifery Course (GNM)
Duration: 3 years
Location: Assam Oil School of Nursing at IOCL (AOD), Digboi Refinery

Eligibility Criteria

10+2 class passed preferably Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of 40% marks
Candidates eligible from state open school recognized by the State Government and NIOS
10+2 in Arts or Health care Science – Vocational stream ONLY with 40% marks
10+2 vocational ANM under CBSE Board or equivalent with 40% marks
Registered as ANM with passing marks from the State Nursing Registration Council

Age Limit

Minimum: 17 years (as of 31.12.2024)
Maximum: 35 years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per presidential directives

Reservation and Selection Process

Reservation Categories: Unreserved, EWS, SC, ST, OBC
Selection Process: Based on GNM Entrance Examination (GNMEE-2024) Roll No. and total marks obtained
Seat Reservation: 6 seats reserved for candidates belonging to Digboi Legislative Constituency
