Admission to courses like BE/BTech (all specializations), B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed, BPharm, MBA, and MCA at Jiwaji University follows the rules set by the Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh (DTE MP). For other undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses, admission is based on merit or an entrance exam conducted by Jiwaji University. The university conducts the Common University Entrance Exam (CUET UG) for UG and integrated courses.

General Instructions

  1. Honours/Certificate will be awarded on successful completion of 4-year degree programme. Students have an exit option after 3 years.
  2. Reservation will be as per M.P. Govt./University rules. Wards of University employees will get 10% weightage.
  3. Separate application forms must be submitted for each course.
  4. The registration fee should be submitted through credit card/debit card or using internet banking. Application fee is Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 800/- for SC/ST/OBC). A separate registration fee is to be paid for each course.
  5. Students who have appeared in the final year of the qualifying exam may also apply for admission to post-graduate courses.
  6. Employees of a candidate should submit a 'No Objection Certificate' from their employer.
  7. Only online applications will be accepted. The enclosed departmental course seat intake can be viewed at www.jiwaji.edu. Students who wanted to take admission in various courses of the university are advised to check the university website.
