Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates or postgraduates from any discipline (in regular mode).
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in branch banking; current Branch Heads or Branch Operations Heads are also eligible.
- Age limit is up to 40 years.
- Fixed pay will be determined based on current salary and includes retirement benefits, insurance, etc., as per standards. Variable pay is discretionary, following the bank's current policy.

Roles and Responsibilities of Branch Manager
- Achieve monthly targets for Liability Products by offering tailored financial solutions.
- Drive incremental growth across all product segments.
- Increase product adoption per customer through cross-selling of loans and investments.
- Build a database of potential customer leads via references and marketing campaigns.
- Cultivate relationships with high-value customers, trade associations, and industry bodies.
- Ensure branch profitability and adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Motivate and enable the team to achieve individual targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Address team learning needs effectively.
- Regularly update Daily Sales Reports, MIS, and other required actionable items for management.
Selection Process
