Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU) is a public university located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. It was established in 1962 and was initially known as the University of Udaipur. The university was renamed in 1984 in honor of Mohanlal Sukhadia, a prominent politician. MLSU offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs across various fields such as arts, science, commerce, management, and technology.
The university has a large campus spread over more than 600 acres, comprising four constituent colleges and about 190 affiliated colleges. These affiliated colleges are spread across the districts of Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Sirohi, and Udaipur. The university is known for its high academic standards and was accredited with an "A+" grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)
