NAeL Recruitment 2024
Applications are invited from eligible candidates in the prescribed format for the following tenure-based posts in the Non-Executive cadre at the factory located in UPSIDA Industrial Area, Naini, Prayagraj, UP. The tenure for these positions is for a period of three (03) years from the date of joining, with the possibility of extension based on Management discretion.
Qualification & Experience
- Applicants must meet the specific qualifications outlined for each post.
- Candidates with Part Time, Correspondence, Distance Education, or E-learning qualifications are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates possessing qualifications higher than those required for the advertised post should refrain from applying. Such applications will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment or selection process.
- Candidates currently pursuing or enrolled in additional qualifications must declare this information in their application.
- All qualifications, including those already obtained and those currently being pursued, must be clearly stated when submitting the application for positions at NAeL.
Age Limit
- The upper age limit is 28 years as of June 30, 2024, for candidates in the UR and EWS categories.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are eligible for a relaxation of up to 5 years in age.
- Candidates belonging to OBC (Non Creamy Layer) categories are eligible for a relaxation of up to 3 years in age.
- PwBD candidates can avail an additional relaxation of 10 years in the upper age limit for posts identified as suitable for PwBDs. This is in addition to the relaxations provided for SC/ST/OBC categories.
- For candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989, upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years.
Place Of Posting
- Selected candidates will be stationed at Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL) in Prayagraj, UP. They may be subject to transfers, postings, assignments, or deputations to other locations as per organizational needs.
Salary Details
- Consolidated Monthly Pay: Rs. 23,200.00 (Inclusive of HRA)
- PF Contribution Employer: Rs. 2,683.30
- Special Allowance (after Satisfactory completion of One Year from Date of Joining): Rs750.00 Per Month
- Medical Insurance Assistance Reimbursement: Rs. 6000.00 Annually
- In addition, they will also be entitled for Casual Leave, Earned Leave, Company Uniform, Stitching Charges, Shoes Allowance, and other benefits as per Company Rules.
Selection Procedure
- Candidates must apply online only if they meet the eligibility criteria specified.
- Applications received online will be screened based on the eligibility criteria outlined in the notification.
- In case of a large number of candidates meeting the minimum percentage of marks, the company reserves the right to set a cut-off percentage for selecting candidates for the written test based on marks secured in the qualifying examination.
- Shortlisting for the written test is provisional and subject to verification of all documents post the written test.
- Candidates sponsored by Employment Exchange or other agencies must also submit all necessary documents and meet notified criteria such as age, percentage, and qualifications.
- Details regarding the examination will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via email (provided in the application) and will also be available on the NAeL website (http://www.nael.co.in).
- The written test will take place in Prayagraj and will last for 2 ½ hours.
- The test comprises three parts: Part-I (20 questions on General Awareness), Part-II (40 questions on English & Reasoning), and Part-III (100 questions on the concerned discipline). Each question carries one mark, and there is no negative marking.
- Selection will be based solely on the marks obtained in the written test, in order of merit.
Application Fee
- Application Fee: Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) plus applicable bank charges are to be paid by candidates belonging to UR/OBC/EWS categories. This fee is non-refundable.
- Exemption: SC/ST/PWD candidates, candidates sponsored by Employment Exchange, candidates sponsored by Sainik Board, and Ex-apprentices of NAeL are exempt from paying the application fee.
- Conditions: Once the application fee is deposited into the company’s account, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including if the candidate is unable to apply online, found ineligible at the time of applying, or if the application is rejected.
- Documentation: Employment Exchange and Sainik Board candidates must mention the reference number and date of the HAL letter/communication received from NAeL when applying online to avail of the fee exemption.
How To Apply
- Ex-Apprentices of NAeL: They can register using their credentials (Contract No., Apprenticeship No., Date of Birth, Apprenticeship Training period from & To Date) on the NAeL website to submit their application.
- Candidates Sponsored by Employment Exchange, Sainik Board, etc.: They must mention the Reference Number and date of the NAeL letter/communication along with a unique code assigned to them in their online application. Any discrepancy may lead to rejection.
- Other Candidates: Eligible candidates can apply online for the suitable post advertised in the notification after registering on the NAeL website (https://www.nael.co.in/).
- Single Application: Each candidate can apply for only one post for which they are most eligible.
- Application Submission: Visit the NAeL website, fill in the application form, and submit it. Upon submission and acceptance, a Registration/Acknowledgement form with an application reference number will be generated for future reference.
- Changes Not Permitted: Requests for changes in mailing address, category, discipline, etc., as declared in the online application, will not be entertained.
- Deadline: The last date for submission of the Online Application is August 26, 2024.
- Application Mode: Applications will not be accepted in person or through post/email/fax.
