Selection

  • To be considered, you must currently work at NCERT and have at least 3 years of regular service.
  • You need to have graduated from a recognized university and passed a shorthand test at 100 words per minute.
  • Fill out the application form provided and submit it to the Recruitment-II section.
  • The examination consists of three papers: General Studies, Government Procedure, and Noting and Drafting.
  • You need to score at least 45% if you're from the General or OBC category, and 40% if you're from SC, ST, or PH categories in each paper.
  • Final selection depends on your marks in all papers and the availability of vacancies.
  • Before the appointment, other factors like performance appraisal, clearance, and lack of disciplinary issues will be considered.
