They are seeking candidates for the position of Manager – HR & Admin on a Fixed Term Contractual Basis.

Eligibility Critieria

Educational Qualification:

Applicants must hold an MBA in HR.

Age Limit:

Candidates should be under 40 years old as of the last date of receipt of the application.

Required Experience:

A minimum of seven (07) years of experience is required, with preference given to candidates with HR & Admin experience in the Highways & Road Sector.

Job Profile

The Manager – HR & Admin will be responsible for a range of tasks including, but not limited to:

Planning HR and administration activities.
Managing the payroll function.
Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures.
Running employee relations programs.
Overseeing recruitment and retention.
Ensuring timely payment of salary/remuneration to employees.
Coordinating with the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly payroll.
Budget preparation.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, etc.
Handling training, development, and performance maintenance.
Any other duties and responsibilities as required.
