Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking and the second-largest national upstream Oil & Gas company with a pan-India presence and global reach, is looking to hire 1 Consultant (Drilling) on a contract basis for a drilling campaign at the Frontier Basin Project in Tripura.
The position offers a consolidated honorarium for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extending for three additional 6-month tenures, totaling a maximum of 2 years, based on the company’s requirements. Qualification
a) Education: Candidates must hold a BE or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering from a government-recognized institution, with a duration of 4 years.
b) Retirement Status: Applicants must have retired from at least the Grade F level or an equivalent position from OIL or any other PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP & NG).
c) Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in drilling operations is required, including at least 10 years of working experience in the Tripura Oil & Gas Fields.
d) Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in well planning or cementing operations.
