Qualification
Candidates must possess a regular graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualifications recognized by the Central Government.
Proficiency in the local language (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) of the respective State/UT is required. Applicants must provide mark sheets or certificates from the 8th, 10th, 12th, or graduate level to demonstrate proficiency in a local language.
Those with a postgraduate qualification are ineligible for apprenticeship training, and applicants with one year or more of work experience cannot apply.
Additionally, candidates should not have completed five years since passing their qualifying examination.
Age Limit
The minimum age for applicants is 20 years, and the maximum age is 28 years as of the cut-off date. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided in accordance with Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.

Candidates are responsible for covering any bank transaction charges associated with the online payment of application fees and intimation charges.
Selection Procedure
Final selection will be contingent upon verifying eligibility for the post and the information provided in the online application, as well as merit based on HSC/10+2 marks.
Candidates must specify their selected state and district in the application. A merit list will be created state-wise, district-wise, and category-wise.
Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be ranked according to their 10+2 marks in descending order within their respective category, state, and district. In the event of a tie at the cutoff marks, candidates will be ranked based on age, with older candidates receiving a higher rank in their respective category, state, and district.

Eligible candidates must apply online exclusively through the Bank's website at https://punjabandsindbank.co.in/. No other application methods will be accepted. The last date for online applications is October 31, 2024. Applications received after this date or those that are incomplete will be rejected. The Bank will not be responsible for any delays in the receipt of applications.
