Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) is hiring for the position of Officer (Finance), with 5 vacancies available. Candidates should have a CA/CMA qualification or a full-time graduation and post-graduation degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution. A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in an executive role is required.
The salary for the position ranges from 40,000 to 1,40,000, with additional benefits including company accommodation, performance-related pay, and medical facilities. Applicants must apply online by August 26, 2024, and pay a non-refundable fee of ₹1000, unless exempt.

Educational Qualification
Qualification Criteria:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
- Graduation: Regular and full-time degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (e.g., B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBA) from a UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution.
- Post-Graduation: Regular and full-time Post-Graduation degree or diploma in Business Administration (MBA), Management Studies (MMS), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) or Management (PGDM), with specialization in Finance from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution.
- M.Com degree is not accepted.
- If specialization isn't specified in the certificate, a letter from the college/university is required.
Experience Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in an executive role handling accounting, financial matters, auditing, budgeting, and taxation.
- Training/internship periods do not count towards the experience requirement.
- Experience should be gained after obtaining the required qualification.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO module is desirable.
Salary Details
- The candidate selected will be placed in E1 Grade with a pay scale of ₹40,000 - ₹1,40,000.
- The minimum total monthly gross emoluments, including Basic Pay, VDA (44.8%), Perks (34%), HRA (27%), and other allowances, will amount to approximately ₹82,000.
- In addition to this, the employee is eligible for company-provided accommodation (available at the Thal Unit and subject to availability at the Trombay Unit).
- Other benefits include Performance Related Pay (PRP), free medical facilities for self and dependents, gratuity, contributory provident fund, accident insurance, a pension scheme, and social security schemes as per company rules.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: The Upper Age Limit as on 01.07.2024 for UR category is 34 years.
- For ST Category – 39 years, For OBC Category – 37 years, For PwBD Category (Unreserved) – 44 years, For PwBD Category (ST) – 49 years, For PwBD Category (OBC) – 47 years.
- Additional Concession for Children/ family members of the victimsof 1984 riots – 5 Years.
Application Fee
- A non-refundable application fee of ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) plus bank charges and applicable taxes (GST) must be paid by General and OBC category candidates when submitting the online application form for the post of Officer (Finance).
- Payment can be made via internet banking, credit card, or debit card. No other payment methods will be accepted.
- The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, so candidates are advised to confirm their eligibility before making the payment.
- SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
Selection Process
- The mode of Selection shall be Personal Interview for all eligible candidates.
- Eligible candidates will be provisionally called for a personal interview, with interview call letters sent via email to the address provided in their online application.
- RCF Ltd is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery of these electronic notifications. No other communication will be provided.
- Outstation candidates appearing for the interview will be reimbursed for to-and-fro travel expenses at III tier AC Train/Bus fare rates, based on the shortest route from their correspondence address, upon providing necessary receipts.
- Reimbursement will be transferred to their bank account.
- Candidates will be called for the interview based on the information provided in their application form.
- Eligibility will be verified before the interview, and those not meeting the criteria or lacking required documents will be deemed ineligible and not permitted to attend the interview.
- No travel allowance will be provided, and no further queries will be addressed regarding this matter.

- They should upload scanned copies of documents supporting age, qualifications, and work experience, along with a recent photograph and signature.

Documents Required
- Photo: Image size should be 165 x 125 pixels, in jpg/jpeg format, between 20 KB and 50 KB.
- Signature: Image size should be 80 x 125 pixels, in jpg/jpeg format, between 10 KB and 20 KB.
- Documents: Upload scanned copies of documents for age, date of birth, educational qualifications, and experience, with separate files for each.
- Application Fee: Pay application fee, bank processing charges, and GST via internet banking, credit, or debit card.
- Bank Details: Provide valid and active bank details, including Account Number, IFSC code, MICR code, and PAN number for travel allowance reimbursement.
