Repco Home Finance Limited (RHFL) is seeking candidates for its 2024 recruitment drive. Established in 2000, RHFL, a housing finance company regulated by the Reserve Bank of India and registered with the National Housing Bank, invites applications for positions in the Collection/Recovery vertical.
The positions available include Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, and Executive roles. Applicants should hold a graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university, preceded by SSLC (or equivalent) and HSC/Diploma.

Education:
- Applicants must hold a graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a UGC-recognized university.
- Graduates from Open University will not be considered.
Age Limit:
- Candidates should not exceed 25 years of age as of June 1, 2024.
- Relaxation up to 30 years may be considered based on relevant prior experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HFCs/Banks/FIs/NBFc in Home Loan/LAP Recovery and Collections.
Other Requirements:
- Possession of a two-wheeler with a license is mandatory.
- Fluency in regional language (reading, write & speaking) and English is essential.
- Early joining will be preferred.
Disqualification:
- Candidates with pending disciplinary action or having been punished under disciplinary proceedings in the last 5 years will not be considered eligible.
Internal Candidates:
- RHFL internal candidates are not eligible to apply for the positions.
Background Verification:
- All appointments are subject to satisfactory reference/background verification.
Selection Process
Selection Process for RHFL Recruitment 2024:
Screening Test:
- Objective test covering Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness about the financial sector for Clerical Cadre.
Interview:
- Qualified candidates from the screening test will undergo a personal/webex interview on the same day.
Application Submission:
- Applications must be submitted by post/courier in the prescribed Bio Data format before the due date. Applications received after the due date or in any other format will not be considered.
Shortlisting:
- Shortlisting of candidates will be based on prescribed criteria and management discretion, considering the number of applications received.
Further Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed individually about the further selection process, including the date, venue, and mode of the subsequent rounds.

- RHFL reserves the right to accept/reject applications, modify eligibility conditions, and offer suitable cadre/emoluments based on candidates' profiles, past experience, and performance.
