Work Experience
- Senior Vice President (IS Auditor): Requires at least 10 years of experience in Banking/BFSI, with a minimum of 7 years focused on Information Security Advisory, IS Audit, or CS Audit.
- Assistant Vice President (IS Auditor): Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Banking/BFSI, including 4 years in Information Security Advisory, IS Audit, or CS Audit.
- Manager (IS Auditor): Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking/BFSI, with at least 3 years in Information Security Advisory, IS Audit, or CS Audit.
- Deputy Manager (IS Auditor): Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking/BFSI, with at least 2 years in Information Security Advisory, IS Audit, or CS Audit.
Salary Details
- Senior Vice President (IS Auditor): CTC Range: ₹ 45 lakhs Per Annum (Upper limit)
- Asstt. Vice President (IS Auditor: CTC Range: ₹ 40 lakhs Per Annum (Upper limit)
- Manager (IS Auditor): Basic: 85920-2680/5-99320-2980/2-105280
- Deputy Manager (IS Auditor): Basic: 64820-2340/1-67160-2680/10-93960
- Annual increments based on CTC structure, with distribution between fixed and variable pay.
- Maximum increment capped at 8% of annual CTC upon onboarding.
- Requires minimum performance appraisal score of 90% for eligibility.
- Increment denied if performance score falls below 90%.
selection Procedure
- Shortlisting: Meeting minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview. The Bank's shortlisting committee will determine parameters and select candidates accordingly. Final decisions on interview calls are non-negotiable and not subject to correspondence.
- Interview: Interviews are scored out of 100 marks, with qualifying marks set by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained regarding interview scores.
- Interview cum CTC Negotiation (for contractual posts): A committee may negotiate the CTC during interviews, focusing on a 85:15 Fixed Pay to Variable Pay ratio. The committee may adjust CTC based on candidate's current remuneration.
- Merit List: Candidates will be ranked based solely on interview scores in descending order. In case of ties at the cutoff, age will be the tiebreaker in descending order.

- Register online at https://bank.sbi/web/careers/current-openings and pay the application fee using Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card, etc.
- Upload a recent photograph and signature according to specifications on the online registration page.
- Complete the application form carefully; save the entered information if unable to complete in one session.
- A provisional registration number and password will be generated upon saving, which can be used to reopen and edit the application up to three times.
- After submission, print the system-generated online application form.
- Candidates requesting Age relaxation must submit necessary certificates upon joining.
- No change in category is permitted after online application registration.
- Before applying, candidates are requested to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the post, as on the date of eligibility. Candidates are required to apply online through the website https://bank.sbi/web/careers/current-openings.
- The process of Registration is completed only when fee is deposited with the Bank through online mode on or before (24.07.2024) the last date for payment of fee.
