Educational Qualification
1. Deputy Manager (Systems) – Project Management & Delivery
Basic Qualification (as of 31.08.2024):
- B.Tech/B.E. in relevant fields with 50% score, or MCA, or M.Tech/M.Sc. in relevant fields.
- Degree from a recognized institution.
Other Qualifications:
- Preferred certifications in Oracle, Java, Google, PHP, .NET, Angular, Power BI, IBM tools, and testing (e.g., ISTQB).
Work Experience:
- 4 years of post-qualification experience in software development.
- 2 years in web technologies, Java, BI Development, or testing.
Specific Skills:
- Experience with Java/.NET, Oracle, Angular, REST API, and various databases and tools.
2. Deputy Manager (Systems) – Infra Support & Cloud Operations
Basic Qualification (as of 31.08.2024):
- B.Tech/B.E. in relevant fields with 50% score, or MCA, or M.Tech/M.Sc. in relevant fields.
- Degree from a recognized institution.
Other Qualifications:
- Preferred certifications in Information Security, Cloud Management, Database Administration, and Programming.
Work Experience:
- 4 years in IT industry.
- 2 years in Microsoft Support, Data Protection, or Cloud Management.
Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure management, and security best practices.
3. Deputy Manager (Systems) – Networking Operations
Basic Qualification (as of 31.08.2024):
- B.Tech/B.E. in relevant fields with 50% score, or M.Tech in relevant fields.
- Degree from a recognized institution.
Other Qualifications:
- Preferred certifications in network security (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
Work Experience:
- 4 years in IT industry.
- 2 years in network security or TAC resource roles.
Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of network security products and scripting.
4. Deputy Manager (Systems) – IT Architect
Basic Qualification (as of 31.08.2024):
- B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.Sc. in relevant fields with 50% score.
- Degree from a recognized institution.
Other Qualifications:
- Preferred certifications in ITIL, Scrum, TOGAF, Cloud Architecture, and Red Hat.
Work Experience:
- 4 years in IT industry.
- 2 years in IT architecture, DevOps, or business analysis.
Specific Skills:
- Expertise in SDLC, IT architecture, design methodologies, and coding.
5. Deputy Manager (Systems) – Information Security
Basic Qualification (as of 31.08.2024):
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech. in relevant fields with 60% score.
Other Qualifications:
- Compulsory certifications: CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CISA.
Work Experience:
- 4 years in IT risk management or information security.
Specific Skills:
- Knowledge in risk management frameworks, network security, and data protection.
6. Assistant Manager (System)
Basic Qualification (as of 31.08.2024):
- B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.Sc. in relevant fields with 50% score, or MCA.
- Degree from a recognized institution.
Other Qualifications:
- Preferred certifications in Oracle, Cloud technologies, Networking, and ITIL.
Work Experience:
- Relevant certifications based on specialization (e.g., Developer, Infra Support, Networking).
Pay Scale
Deputy Manager:
- Basic Salary: ₹64,820 - ₹67,160 - ₹93,960
- Additional Benefits: The official will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund (NPS), LFC, medical facilities, leave, etc., as per the rules in force from time to time. Salary and perks are in accordance with the Bank’s salary structure.
Assistant Manager:
- Basic Salary: ₹48,480 - ₹62,480 - ₹85,920
- Additional Benefits: The official will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund (NPS), LFC, medical facilities, leave, etc., as per the rules in force from time to time. Salary and perks are in accordance with the Bank’s salary structure.
Place of Posting
- Deputy Manager: Navi Mumbai, Navi Mumbai / Hyderabad
- Assistant Manager: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai
- Posting / Placement / Utilization of the selected candidates will be done at the sole discretion of the Bank.
Age Limit
Age in years (As on 30.06.2024): Deputy Manager - 25 to 35 Years. Assistant Manager: 21 to 30 years.
Application Fee
Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is 750/- ( Seven Hundred Fifty only) for General/EWS/OBC candidates and no fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST /PwBD candidates.
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right to candidate for being called for interaction.
- The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interaction.
- The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interaction shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Interaction: Interaction will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interaction will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Interactions may be multi-tiered / layered and number of tiers / layers of interaction for each post will be decided by the Bank in due course
- Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interaction only. In case more than one candidate score the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list
Last Date to Apply
- Candidates must have a valid email ID that remains active until the results are declared. This email will be used for sending call letters, interview notifications, and other important updates.
- To apply, candidates need to register online via the link available on the SBI website https://bank.sbi/web/careers/current-openings and pay the application fee using Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc.
- Before registering online, candidates should scan their latest photograph and signature. The online application will not be processed unless the photo and signature are uploaded as per the instructions on the registration page (under 'How to Upload Document').
- After completing the online registration, candidates are advised to print the system-generated application form.
- Those seeking age relaxation must submit the required certificates at the time of joining. No changes to the candidate's category will be allowed after the online application is submitted.
