The Bank invites application from interested candidates for the following post on deputation basis as detailed below
Position with Vacancies
Type of Post: Manager in Grade ‘B’ (General Stream) on Deputation. Note: Deputationists are not eligible for promotion to this position.
Number of Vacancies: 35 (Thirty-Five) across the following SIDBI offices/verticals:
- Branch Offices – 30
- Risk Management Vertical (RiMV) and Treasury & Resource Management Vertical (TRMV) – 5
Candidates must submit their applications through their current employers.
Educational Qualification
Mandatory Educational Qualification as of August 31, 2024: A graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- MBA/MMS/MS/PGDM in Finance
- CA, CFA, FRM
- MCom, ICWA
- MSc/MA in Maths, Statistics, or Economics
- BMS, BBA
- JAIIB/CAIIB
- Certified Credit Professional course of IIBF or Certified Credit Research Analyst from NISM, or similar courses in credit management.
For Risk Management Vertical (RiMV):
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferred: MBA/MMS/MS/PGDM in Finance, MSc in Risk Management, MSc/MA in Maths, Statistics, or Economics, OR BE/BTech with professional qualifications such as Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or Professional Risk Manager (PRM).
- Certificate in Risk and Financial Services course of IIBF or similar Risk Management courses.
For Treasury and Resource Management Vertical (TRMV):
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferred: MBA/MMS/MS/PGDM in Finance or CFA, MSc/BE/BTech with professional qualifications such as Certified Treasury Professional course of IIBF or similar Treasury courses.
Remuneration
- The current pay scale for the Manager (Grade ‘B’) at SIDBI is [55,200 - 2,850 (9 increments) – 80,850 – EB - 2,850 (2 increments) – 86,550 - 3,300 (4 increments) - 99,750 (16 years)].
- In addition to the salary, other benefits include house allowance, transport/conveyance, leave fare concession (LFC), and medical benefits.
- Officers on deputation have the option to either retain the pay scale, personal pay, dearness allowance (DA), and other allowances of their original employer, along with a deputation allowance, or choose the pay scale, allowances, and perquisites offered by SIDBI. Once selected, the option is final.
- Deputationists will undergo an annual performance review under SIDBI’s Performance Management System (PMS).
Place of Posting
Branch Offices: The indicative list of locations where postings may occur includes: Ahmedabad, Erode, Ludhiana, Faridabad, Odhav, Gurugram, Jaipur, Surat, Tirupur, New Delhi, Morbi, Vadodara, Rajkot, Changodar, Nasik, Pune, Kurichi, Chinchwad, Coimbatore, Thane, Bengaluru, Chennai, Noida, Kochi, Chandigarh, Vatva, Indore, Ambattur, Hosur, Nagpur, Bahadurgarh, Bhopal, Haridwar, Dehradun, Ranchi and Lucknow.

Treasury and Resource Management Vertical: Mumbai
Age Limit
The candidate should not be more than 37 years of age as on August 31, 2024
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting and Interview: Selection will involve shortlisting followed by a personal interview, which may be conducted online or face-to-face, depending on the situation. The date for the interview will be communicated in due course by the Selection Committee.
- Preliminary Screening: The Bank may perform a preliminary screening of applications to create a shortlist of eligible candidates for the interview.
- Merit List: The merit list will be prepared based solely on the scores obtained in the interview, ranked in descending order.
- Wait List: SIDBI reserves the right to create a wait list of candidates, who may be considered if additional vacancies arise.
- Tie-Breaker: In the event of tied scores, candidates will be ranked by age, with older candidates placed higher in both the select list and the wait list.

- Submit a duly filled application (typed in English or Hindi) as per the format available on the Bank’s website.
- Include a recent passport-sized photograph pasted on the application and a Curriculum Vitae with the candidate's full signature and date.

- Submit applications through the proper channel along with copies of the Annual Performance Appraisal Reports for the last four years and vigilance clearance.
- Send an ‘Advance Copy’ of the application to recruitment@sidbi.in.
- Applications without an employer's certificate will be rejected.
- Late applications will not be considered. The Bank is not responsible for delays or loss during postal transit.
