Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant from an institute recognized by the ICAI.
Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 40 years
- Maximum age: 50 years (as of June 1, 2024)
Required Experience
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of professional experience after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant from a recognized institute.
- Out of the total experience, at least 8 years should have been in a Senior Management role or as the Head of the Finance department.
- The experience should be from either a Scheduled Public Sector Bank, a Scheduled Private Sector Bank, or a Foreign Bank.
- Applicants should have comprehensive knowledge of Indian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), Ind-AS (Indian Accounting Standards), and a solid understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Strong analytical skills are crucial, along with proficiency in evaluating business performance metrics and preparing detailed financial reports.
Selection Process
- The selection process for the Senior Analyst - Business Finance position at Union Bank of India involves initial shortlisting based on the eligibility criteria specified in the notification.
