Eligibility and Qualifications

For the position of System Analyst (Deputation):

Pay Scale: Rs. 15600 - 39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-
Age Limit: Minimum 30 years, Maximum 55 years (as of July 1, 2024)
Educational Qualifications:
- M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, or
- Certificate of “C” level from DOE, or
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science with five years of regular service, or
- M.C.A./M.Sc in Computer Science with three years of experience.
Experience: Complete knowledge of software development (Oracle, Ingress, Sybase, DB/2, C/C++, Foxpro, RDBMS) and networking (DOS, UNIX, Windows NT).

Photo and Signature Upload Guidelines

Photo Dimensions: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
Signature Dimensions: 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm
Ensure the file size is not more than 35 KB and the file type is .jpeg or .jpg.

Application Process

The online application process is divided into three stages:

First Stage: Registration
- Visit the UPPSC website.
- Click on "ALL NOTIFICATIONS/ADVERTISEMENTS."
- Select the desired advertisement and click "Apply."
- Fill in the Basic Registration form and submit it.
- Take a printout of the Registration Slip.
Second Stage: Fee Payment
- After registration, a link for fee payment will appear: "Click here to proceed for payment."
- You will be redirected to the State Bank MOPS (Multi Option Payment System) page.
- Choose one of the three payment methods: Net Banking, Card Payments, or Other Payment Modes.
- After paying the fee, print the Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR).
Third Stage: Final Submission
- Click on "Proceed for final submission of application form."
- Fill in all the required information and upload a scanned photo and signature as per the specified size and format.
- Preview your application and ensure all details are correct before clicking the "Submit" button.
- Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
