Qualification
Candidates must hold a certificate in Couple and Family Therapy, or be a psychologist, or have an MSW from a UGC-recognized university. Preference will be given to those with relevant experience working with NGOs in matrimonial matters, child issues, senior citizens, or with individuals facing mental health challenges.
Salary
Applications are invited via email from eligible candidates for contractual engagement in the following posts. The monthly remuneration is ₹50,000, along with a travel allowance of ₹10,000, totaling ₹60,000 per month. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria as of the date this advertisement is published.
Age Limit
Candidates applying for the Counsellor position should not be older than 62 years as of the application deadline. However, the upper age limit may be relaxed by the Competent Authority for deserving candidates. Additionally, applicants must be citizens of India.
Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on a personal interview/interaction. Candidates' knowledge, experience, and expertise in the relevant field will be evaluated during the interview. The Competent Authority reserves the right to shortlist applications based on predetermined criteria. Only shortlisted candidates will be individually contacted for the interview via the email addresses they provided.
Information regarding the names of shortlisted candidates and the interview schedule will be announced later on the official website of the High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital. Candidates are advised to regularly check the website for updates. Interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place at the High Court of Uttarakhand in Nainital.

Candidates should submit a scanned copy of the duly filled application form, along with scanned copies of any required enclosures, as a single PDF file (not exceeding 10 MB) to the High Court's email address: highcourt-ua@nic.in.
