Lies of P Update Makes Bosses Easier
The "Lies Of P" game recently got an update, and one of the important changes is that some of the challenging bosses in the game have become easier to defeat. This means that when you encounter these bosses while playing, it won't be as difficult as it used to be to win against them.
In particular, three bosses named Fallen Archbishop Andreus, King Of Puppets, and Simon Manus, Arm of God now have fewer health points, which makes them weaker. Simon Manus, Awakened God, the boss, also deals less damage to the player, so you won't lose as much health when fighting against this character.
Additionally, the player now has a better chance of breaking the stance of the boss, which means you can disrupt their attacks more easily, making the battles more manageable.
Alongside these boss changes, the AI assist characters called Specters, which can help you in battles, have also been improved. They now have more health points and deal more damage to enemies. However, when you summon a Specter, it costs you a special item called a Star Fragment from your inventory.

"Lies of P" is a video game developed by Neowiz Games and Round8 Studio, available on various gaming platforms including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, MacOS, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It was released on September 19, 2023. The game draws inspiration from the 1883 Italian novel "The Adventures of Pinocchio" by Carlo Collodi.
In "Lies of P," players embark on an adventure in a challenging world reminiscent of the Soulslike genre. As they progress, they face tough enemies and bosses, requiring precise combat skills and strategy. Players can collect items like the Parade Leader's Ergo to enhance their abilities, buy equipment, and even obtain powerful weapons like the Seven-Coil Spring Sword or the Dancing One's Amulet.
The game has garnered positive reviews from critics, highlighting its engaging gameplay and connection to the classic Pinocchio story. "Lies of P" offers an immersive and challenging gaming experience, inviting players to explore its dark and mysterious world while battling formidable foes.
Lies of P Gameplay
"Lies of P" is played from a third-person perspective, where players control Pinocchio, a humanoid character, as they journey through the city of Krat. The gameplay involves exploration and combat against biomechanical enemies. Pinocchio wields various weapons like swords and axes and can dodge and block enemy attacks.
One unique feature is Pinocchio's mechanical arm, which can be equipped with gadgets like a grappling hook and flamethrower, adding versatility to combat and exploration. The game offers a weapon and crafting system with 30 different weapon types and 100 possible combinations.
A notable aspect is the "Lying System," where player decisions at specific points influence the game's direction, leading to multiple possible endings. The gameplay has been likened to "soulslike" games such as Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and Sekiro, indicating challenging combat and strategic play.
