In the screenplay, Miller worked with Nico Lathouris, Brendan McCarthy, and others. The fourth Mad Max film was created by Village Roadshow Pictures, Kennedy Miller Mitchell, and RatPac-Dune Entertainment. It was released by Warner Bros. Pictures internationally and Roadshow Entertainment in Australia. In addition to Nicholas Hoult, Hugh Keays-Byrne, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Riley Keough, Zo Kravitz, Abbey Lee, and Courtney Eaton playing supporting roles, the movie stars Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron. Fury Road follows Max Rockatansky as he teams up with Imperator Furiosa to face Immortan Joe and his army in a post-apocalyptic desert wasteland where fuel and water are short. This leads to a protracted road battle.

Mad Max Cast Where Are They Now?

The fourth Mad Max movie, a remake, did well at the box office and received ten nominations for the Academy Awards, which was unusual for a film of its kind. It also won six awards that year, more than any other film. In 2015, it became a movie that we all adored and was a product of its time. Here you can find the list of the Mad Max cast and where are they now.

Tom Hardy (“Mad” Max Rockatansky)

The hero of Mad Max: Fury Road, Tom Hardy, who played Max Rockatansky, has been very active in Hollywood, playing in a number of movies. He is best known for playing Eddie Brock, aka Venom, in the Venom movie trilogy, but he has also played important parts in other blockbusters including Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk and The Revenant, alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, Capone, and others. Additionally, he appeared in the miniseries Taboo and had a supporting part in Peaky Blinders. Keep a look out for Tom Hardy in those upcoming parts in the action thriller Havoc and the new film The Bikeriders.

Charlize Theron (Imperator Furiosa)

Charlize Theron, who transformed her appearance totally for the character of Imperator Furiosa in Mad Max: Fury Road, nailed it. Theron has made significant contributions to the cinema industry over the past few years, playing pivotal parts in films including Atomic Blonde, Tully, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, The Old Guard, and most recently, The School for Good and Evil from 2022. She appeared in The Fate of the Furious, F9, and the Bombshell cast. She will appear in the next films Fast X, The Old Guard 2, and the untitled eleventh Fast and the Furious movie.

Nicholas Hoult (Nux)

Nicholas Hoult played Nux, who is without a doubt one of the best characters in Mad Max: Fury Road. Over the past few years, the young actor has been very busy. He entered the television industry by co-starring in The Great, a Hulu original series that will receive a third season shortly. Hoult has acted in a number of notable motion pictures, including The Banker, The Favourite, Tolkien, and Those Who Wish Me Dead. He is now ending off his run as Beast in the X-Men movie series. He appeared in The Menu with Anya Taylor-Joy and Ralph Fiennes most recently in 2022. In the near future, he will voice Garfield and appear in the movie Renfield.

Hugh Keays-Byrne (Immortan Joe)

Hugh Keays-Byrne, who played Toecutter in the original Mad Max in 1979, portrays Immortan Joe, the main antagonist in Mad Max: Fury Road. The actor was well-known for many years prior to his significant role in this well-liked picture, but he tragically passed away in 2020, with Immortan Joe serving as his final screen appearance before his passing.

Josh Helman (Slit)

The actor Josh Helman, who played Slit in Mad Max: Fury Road, is the next person we'll look at. He appeared in films including My Name is Lenny, Feast of the Seven Fishes, Monster Hunted, Small Engine Repair, and Thirteen Lives in addition to reprising his role as William Stryker in X-Men: Apocalypse. Along with The Loudest Voice miniseries and Deputy and Troppo, Helman also had a major part in the horror-sci-fi series Wayward Pines. He'll soon be lending his voice to the animated Harley Quinn series.

Nathan Jones (Rictus Erectus)

Nathan Jones, who portrayed Rictus Erectus in Mad Max: Fury Road, is next. The actor is best recognized for his work in professional wrestling, although he has also been in a few films after his appearance in this one, including Boar, Hobbs & Shaw, Mortal Kombat, and Spiderhead. In the impending prequel to Furiosa, he will play Rictus Erectus once more.

Zoë Kravitz (Toast The Knowing)

Since taking the role of Toast the Knowing in the Mad Max: Fury Road cast, Zo Kravitz has accomplished a lot in her career. Kravitz, who played Selina Kyle in The Batman in 2022, also had significant roles in the films Kin, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, and KIMI. She also completed the Divergent series. In addition, Kravitz starred in Big Little Lies and the Hulu series adaptation of High Fidelity. Kravitz doesn't have any upcoming acting commitments, but the movie Pussy Island will be her directing debut.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (The Splendid Angharad)

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who portrayed The Splendid Angharad in Mad Max: Fury Road, is the next person on the list. Given her extensive experience in the field of modeling, Huntington-Whiteley is mostly recognized for her work in that field. Besides Mad Max: Fury Road, Whiteley hasn't done anything else in the film and television industries, yet she is still one of the most recognizable models in the world.

Riley Keough (Capable)

Riley Keough, who also performs a lot of modeling, played Capable in Mad Max: Fury Road. Since then, she has also had appearances in a number of other films and television programs. She starred in a number of high-profile films, including Lovesong, American Honey, We Don't Belong Here, It Comes at Night, Logan Lucky, The Lodge, Zola, The Devil All the Time, and others. War Pony was also directed by her. She played Sara Ganim in the HBO television movie Paterno and was the series' main character in The Girlfriend Experience. She was a key character on The Terminal List as well. She will play the lead in the upcoming miniseries Daisy Jones & The Six.

Abbey Lee (The Dag)

Abbey Lee, who portrayed The Dag in Mad Max: Fury Road, has accomplished a lot for herself in recent years. Supermodel Lee is her main claim to fame, but she has a long history in both film and television. Since Mad Max, she has played some of the most well-known parts in movies like Gods of Egypt, Office Christmas Party, The Dark Tower, Elizabeth Harvest, The Forgiven, and Old by M. Night Shyamalan. She also played Christina Braithwhite on the television show Lovecraft Country, which I think was canceled way too soon. She will soon appear in the upcoming films Horizon and the TV show Florida Man.

Courtney Eaton (Cheedo The Fragile)

In Mad Max: Fury Road, Courtney Eaton portrayed Cheedo the Fragile, the final of the five wives, and she has achieved success in both film and television. She appeared in the movies Line of Duty, Newness, Perfect, and Gods of Egypt with Lee. She most recently played Lottie Matthews in the popular (and excellent) Showtime series Yellowjackets, which is getting a Season 2. She will appear in the upcoming movie on September 17th.

John Howard (The People Eater)

Next, we examine John Howard, who portrayed The People Eater in Mad Max: Fury Road. He has appeared in a number of television programs since his part in the movie, including The Warriors, Soul Mates, and SeaChange. Additionally, he had appearances in movies like Extra Time and Last Cab to Darwin. Although Howard doesn't have any upcoming events, I'm sure we'll see him again soon.

Richard Carter (The Bullet Farmer)

Richard Carter, who portrayed The Bullet Farmer in Mad Max: Fury Road, is last but certainly not least. This was Richard Carter's last movie appearance until he tragically went away in 2019.
