Here are some points to fix Ublock Origin not working on YouTube:

Update Ublock Origin extension

• Check if the Ublock Origin extension is updated in the browser.
• Follow these steps to update the extension:
  1. Open the browser and go to the Menu option in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Go to the More tools option and click on Extension.
  3. Switch on the option of Developer Mode.
  4. Click on the option of Update.
