As part of its ongoing celebration of Ramadan, Fortnite has introduced the Lantern Fest Event, which includes a new puzzle on the Lantern Fest Tour island each week. This week's challenge is the yellow lantern puzzle, following on from last week's green lantern puzzle. There are two more puzzles to come in the event, and upon completing all four, players will gain access to the Lavish Lantern. Players are struggling to solve the Fortnite Lantern Puzzle, which doesn't have an obvious solution within the Lantern Fest Tour event. The game provides a hint that directs players to Instagram or Twitter pages for a secret comment from the map creators. How to solve the Yellow Lantern puzzle?
To find the yellow lantern, head to the western side of the island, north of the Slurp Juice store. Once there, press the button at the entrance to enter a room where you have 30 seconds to solve a puzzle. In order to successfully complete the puzzle, you must light five torches in the correct sequence before the timer expires. To do so, you'll need to use your bow to shoot arrows at the torches with speed and accuracy. Below is the correct order in which the torches should be lit.
To solve the puzzle and earn an XP boost, you must hit the targets in the correct sequence within the 30-second time limit. Successfully completing the puzzle will also fulfill the "Solve a Lantern Puzzle at Lantern Fest Tour" quest, if it hasn't already been completed. If you run out of time or make a mistake, don't worry - you can try again.
Fortnite Lantern puzzles
To access the Lantern Festival puzzle in Fortnite, players need to go to the "Public/Private Games" lobby and browse through the community-made maps. The Lantern Festival Tour map is likely to be near the top of the list as it is a recent addition. If the map is not visible, players can switch to the "Island Code" tab and enter the code "3691-9667-3697" to access the Lantern Festival Tour island directly.
The pink and red lantern puzzles in Fortnite are currently unavailable, but they have scheduled release dates of Sunday, April 9 and Friday, April 14, respectively. Like the previous green and yellow puzzles, these upcoming puzzles are expected to have relatively simple riddles to solve. Additionally, players can light small black lanterns located throughout the island to earn XP and progress through the Lantern Fest challenges. Along with these challenges, the Spring Breakout event has also begun in Fortnite, providing Easter-themed tasks for players to complete.
