IPL 2023
The 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) will be the 16th season of the franchise Twenty20 cricket league in India. It is set to return to its original Home and Away format after being held at neutral venues for three seasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 10 teams will play their home games at their predetermined home grounds across the nation. Fan parks will be organized in 45 cities across 2 union territories and 20 states. The Barsapara Stadium in Assam will debut as a venue, hosting some games of Rajasthan Royals, while the Atal Bihari Vajpayee stadium in Lucknow will debut as host arena for Lucknow SuperGiants. An opening ceremony will be held for this edition after a gap of some years.
RCB Team 2023 Player List
The Royal Challengers Bangalore, one of the most popular franchises in the Indian Premier League, had a settled squad heading into the IPL 2023 auction. They retained most of their core players during the draft earlier in the year and only released five players, which was the lowest number among all the franchises. The auction was held on December 23 in Kochi, and RCB had a successful outing, acquiring several top players for the upcoming season.
