If you're in Oppy's garage, you can also find computers on shelves near the extra vehicle outside. Alternatively, you can check the Friendly Dumpster, though Electronics aren't guaranteed from it.
Before embarking on your scavenging expedition, ensure you have a Scrapper ready to go or the materials to craft one on the road. Crafting a Scrapper requires just three Scrap Metal and six Plastic, which are relatively easy to find.
Once equipped with a Scrapper, you can dismantle the electronics you find to obtain Electronics. This will enable you to always have an Electrician's kit on hand whenever you need it for repairs or other purposes in Pacific Drive.
