According to the state attorney general, Ricardo Ivan Carpio, a black Infinity Qx60 SUV with multiple bullet holes was discovered and believed to be the vehicle used by the assailants. The attackers managed to flee the scene, prompting a search operation by security forces on Sunday, as stated in local reports.

It is worth noting that in the first week of June, Score International, an off-road racing organization based in Nevada, is scheduled to host the Baja 500 racing event in Ensenada.
