Under the Safehouse
Directly beneath the safehouse, head left from the front and down a small hill to find the terminal.
Crime Zone Tunnel near the Safehouse
Northwest of the first point, follow a crime scene to a tunnel. The terminal here requires 11 Tech Ability, but you can also access it through a crawl space.
Highway Underpass
On the southeast corner of Dogtown, under a circular canopy about a quarter up the highway, you'll find the terminal.
Highway Spa Crime Zone
Continue up the same highway to a spa. North of it is a Crime Icon leading to a room with the terminal.
Collapsed Building above Capitan Caliente
Above Capitan Caliente, a mostly collapsed green building hides the relic point at its peak.
Pyramid Construction Site
Head to the northwest side of the Pyramid beneath the stadium. Go up the stairs in the construction site to find the terminal.
Stadium Car Vendor
At the northwest corner of the stadium, past the car vendor, climb some stairs to find the terminal.
Terra Cognita Crime Zone
At the southern end of the long highway, enter Terra Cognita for a Crime Icon leading to an abandoned mall. Find the terminal at the top of an escalator.
Parking Garage near the Highway
Between the safehouse and the long highway on the east end, climb the yellow stairs of the former parking garage to reach the terminal.
Earned by Progressing Phantom Liberty
Songbird will grant you three Relic Points at the start of Phantom Liberty, and another three during the mission "Birds With Broken Wings," which is a mandatory mission in the DLC.
These points open up new build options and enhance existing ones, using Relic Points found throughout Dogtown.

Relic Points are special points that allow players to unlock new build options and enhance existing ones. They are obtained by finding terminals scattered throughout Dogtown.
There are a total of 15 Relic Points available in Phantom Liberty. Three of them are given by Songbird at the beginning of the DLC, and another three are granted during the mission "Birds With Broken Wings."
The first Relic Point is directly beneath the safehouse. To access it, head left from the front of the safehouse and down a small hill.
Head northwest of the first Relic Point to find a crime scene leading into a tunnel. The terminal is behind a door that requires 11 Tech Ability. Alternatively, there's a crawl space in the same room that leads to the terminal.
The fifth Relic Point is located at the top of a green, mostly collapsed building directly above Capitan Caliente. You can access it by climbing across a bridge from the southwest face of the Pyramid Casino building.
