Ark: Survival Ascended, released in 2023, is an action-adventure survival video game developed by Studio Wildcard in collaboration with Grove Street Games. Originally scheduled for release on October 26, 2023, the game was delayed for Windows. Studio Wildcard has also revealed plans for releasing the Xbox Series X/S version, which is expected to become available to players in November 2023. This expansion and overhaul of the original Ark: Survival Evolved game introduces numerous exciting features and improvements to the gaming experience.

The game now has a camera that can be positioned from the third-person view for both players and creatures. You can also customize creatures more and make them behave as you want. They added a detailed map system that allows you to ping important spots. Creatures can navigate better, so they won't get stuck on walls, but running from dangerous creatures is harder.
There's a lot more to talk about, like changing how your character looks, new color options, making the game more convenient, and adding new features for playing with friends. They improved the sound, added new items and structures, updated old ones, and redesigned the whole game world.
But some people are not happy with Studio Wildcard's decisions. They are replacing the old game with this new one and shutting down its servers.
