Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora First Impression
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is a unique gaming story this year. Despite being developed by Ubisoft's top studio, Massive, known for The Division, it hasn't received much attention. Released late in a fantastic gaming year, there's little buzz around it, and many may not even know it's out. Reviews are not stellar, placing it lower among other sources games, but user scores are surprisingly high, outshining many mainline other sources games in years. Intrigued by this paradox, I decided to give it a try, even though I have a backlog of games. These are my initial impressions after playing for a few hours yesterday. I may not be doing this in a timely fashion, but with so many games and shows to explore, it's worth checking out.
