Mission Overview:
This mission starts right after Songbird is captured by MaxTax. You'll need a skilled netrunner to help you breach the NCPD system and find the convoy's route.
Choosing a Netrunner:
Depending on your progress in the game, you have a few options for a netrunner:
Meeting Your Netrunner:
Regardless of your choice, meet the selected netrunner at the designated location and pick up a datashard. Then, send a message to Reed.
Ambush Site:
Head to the abandoned hotel near Pacifica's West Wind Apartments to meet Reed. His plan is to ambush the convoy with the help of the 6th Street Gang. You can also share the coordinates of the ambush site with Mr. Hands to inform Yoko.
Choosing a Vantage Point:
You can pick different spots to ambush the convoy, but it's smart to stay in a high place, especially if you have a sniper rifle or long-range weapons.
Taking Out MaxTax Operators:
After dealing with the initial NCPD convoy officers, open the back door of the transport truck. Four MaxTax operators will exit the truck.
Completing the Mission:
Once you've defeated all four MaxTax operators, check on Reed, and follow the path left by Songbird. The mission ends when you find the hole in the side of a building that she made by ramming it with the truck.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Plot
In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, after dealing with the Voodoo Boys in Pacifica, V is contacted by Songbird, an aide to President Rosalind Myers of the New United States. Space Force One, their transport, has been hacked and is about to crash in the lawless Dogtown district. V agrees to help rescue Myers in exchange for her assistance in preventing the Relic from harming their brain. However, secrets start to unravel as they discover that Songbird and Myers may be hiding crucial information.
