Brooks & Dunn is a famous American country music duo made up of Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn. They started working together in 1990, following the suggestion of songwriter and record producer Tim DuBois. Before teaming up, both Brooks and Dunn had their solo careers in the 1980s, each having two solo singles on the charts. Once they joined forces, they signed with Arista Nashville and achieved great success. They recorded numerous albums, and singles, and even won several awards, including the Country Music Association Vocal Duo of the Year from 1992 to 2006.
