CMA Touring Awards 2023
The CMA Touring Awards celebrate Country Music touring and recognize the dedicated professionals who make it successful. The awards started in 1990, took a break, and returned in 2012. This year, there are new categories like crew, backline technician, stage manager, support services company, and unsung hero of the year. The nomination process happened in October, where CMA members nominated people or companies.
A task force reviewed the top nominees and chose the finalists. The awards ceremony will be in Nashville in early 2024. The nominees include Business Manager of the Year, Coach/Truck Driver of the Year, and FOH Engineer of the Year. Voting for the winners started on December 13, 2023. The CMA Touring Awards are important for recognizing talent and hard work in the Country Music touring industry.

These individuals participate in three rounds of balloting to determine the nominees and winners. The voting process ensures that the awards represent the collective opinion of industry professionals. Through this democratic approach, the most deserving artists and their work are recognized and celebrated.
